referendum ‘ The figures which we have are for us to use and not for the press to use at this point in time," Ryan told The Record after addressing a crowd of tl.OOO No supporters in Rock Forest. The figure, which was leaked to the press by Ryan aides, was tabulated last week after No workers completed their initial door-to-door assessment across Quebec “Mr Ryan doesn't want to discuss the results because he feels it is very important that campaign workers keep up their momentum until referendum day," an aide said In his speech which followed fiery orations from Gerard D.Levesque, Reward Grafftey, Camille Samson and Jean Chretien, Ryan told enthusiastic supporters the No campaign is making headway, "but our victory must take on large dimensions I implore you therefore, to stay vigilant, active and not to fall into the trap of being too Bolduc freed in bus plunge By JOHN McCAGHEY GRANBY — Gilles Bolduc, owner of the bus that crashed into a lake near Eastman, Que., two years ago, killing 40 people, said yesterday he is glad his trial on a criminal negligence charge is behind him Bolduc was acquitted of criminal negligence when the nine-man, three-woman jury brought down their unanimous verdict at 7:50 Friday evening.Justice Jean Louis Peloquin spent the entire morning reviewing the case and giving them his directives when he carefully explained the ramifications of reasonable doubt which must fall in favor of the accused The act of indictment charged Bolduc, of Kingsey Falls, with criminal negligence causing the death of Ber- nadette Plourde at Eastman on Aug 4, 1978, when he knowingly allowed an autobus which he knew to be in a state of disrepair to travel on public highways.Tears welled in the eyes of Bolduc, his son Andre, and defence lawyer Raynald Frechette when the verdict was rendered "It was the case of my career,” the veteran lawyer said while awaiting the verdict.Bolduc said he had aged 20 years in the past two."It had to end; it was a real nightmare.” Following the verdict, Bolduc, said.“This is the third time 1 have had to start over in life.1 lost my garage, car and tools during a fire in 1971 when I had no insurance, The following year I spent 14 months in a wheelchair, now this is the third time. Now that this is over I can think of the future.” He thanked the citiziens of Asbestos for their moral support they had lent him since the incident which claimed the lives of 41 handicapped persons from the community."They showed confidence in me despite the circumstances,” Bolduc said.“This has been a tremendous experience in life even though I acquired more than a few grey hairs,” the 37-year-old bus owner said.He added he would continue to operate his fleet of six buses, including three new units.“I have but one hope never having to relieve the night of Aug.4, 1978.For that matter I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy,” Bolduc concluded.Commenting on the case in general, Frechette said it was a ‘dream situation’ for the government to prove to public carriers they must provide security for their passengers "The bus in question wasn’t damaged as a result of the accident and the government had all the materai they needed for their expert witnesses to examine in detail.‘‘This should show the government they must heed the recommendations made by coroners over the past 10 years following bus tragedies and put them into use as quickly as possible,” Frechette continued.“Hopefully we won’t have to wait for another 40 victims." confident".Despite his warnings, Ryan began his speech as if he’d licked the referendum and was already campaigning for the fall election Knocking the Farti Québécois' record as a government, Ryan brought his arguments home to the Townships “Before I say anything else," he began, "let me tell you that it is not the opposition's desire that Johnson, Brome and Megantic counties are not represented in the national assembly. It is the Parti Québécois that made the capricious and arbitrary decision not to give you the chance to elect your deputies "We promise to do all we can as soon as we convene to make sure you are given this chance as soon as possible.” The opposition leader slammed the Parti Québécois' language law, charging that the federal government’s plan to move its cartographers to Sherbrooke was shelved because the provincial government would not permit the cartographers’ families coming from Ottawa to be educated in English.“With its narrow, sterile attitudes, the Parti Québécois has deprived your region of 750 direct jobs, countless indirect jobs and cultural enrichment. We will not tolerate this kind of boycott,” Ryan said.Addressing the question of sovereignty-association, Ryan said Townshippers both English and French, have a special understanding of and interest in the federalist system, because their forefathers laid the groundwork for confederation “The French in this region, who staved off two American attacks, and the English loyalists who wanted a separate society from their southern neighbors, formed the basis for confederation. They combined forces in order to avoid the great peril of annexation which was hanging over their hands, thanks to the extraordinary expansion of the United States which was already going on at that time " See RYAN, Page 2.Record James Dull Jackie Patrick, one of the Lennoxville contingents at a weekend referendum rally, Quebec Premier Rene Levesque and Liberal Leader Claude Ryan traded verbal jabs, each accusing the other's supporters of making mischief in the referendum campaign. The fistfight, which resulted in a bloody nose for one federalist, occurred while Ryan was touring a Gatineau, Que , shopping centre Saturday. It followed some jostling between federalists waving a large Canadian flag and yes supporters waving their placards.Levesque suggested Sunday that federalists may be staging such confrontations with yes supporters so they can present themselves to the public as martyrs for democracy.“One could say that it's as if they're arranging to have problems,” he said of the federalists The premier was also responding to a statement by Ryan after Saturday’s skirmish in which he accused the PQ of using “commandos” to disrupt federalist campaign meetings.Ryan called on Levesque to get his supporters to respect the rights of free speech. He told reporters he had no objection to people with contrary views espousing them.“What I deplore is that these incidents are sparks that run the risk of leading to more serious incidents.” Yugoslavs calm at Tito death Record decentralized communism and preserved Yugoslavia’s independence from the Soviet Union for more than 30 years, was being brought to Belgrade today to lie in state until funeral services Thursday. The last surviving founder of the Third World movement of non-aligned countries, Tito died Sunday afternoon in the hospital in Ljubljana, capital of the Slovenian Republic in northwest Yugoslavia, where he had been a patient almost four months.Born on May 7, 1892, he would have been 88 on Wednesday. The government ordered seven days of national mourning and prepared for an influx of foreign leaders for the state funeral The body was being brought to Belgrade by special train and was to lie in state in the federal parliament building.Burial was to be near the Museum of the Revolution in a Belgrade suburb The world’s leaders joined in homage to President Tito of Yugoslavia today. But President Carter included a veiled warning to the Russians, Moscow took a back handed swipe at the West and China sniped at the Soviets.“America will continue its longstanding policy of support for Yugoslavia and do what it must to provide that support," said Carter, responding to speculation that the Kremlin might try force Yugoslavia back into the Soviet bloc.Carter also referred to Tito’s successful defiance of Soviet dictator Joseph Stalin in 1948.saying the Yugoslav leader was "a towering figure on the world stage (who) faced many challenges but met them with a resolute determination to maintain Yugoslavia’s independence and unity and its own unique approach to domestic and foreign policies ” On the other side, Moscow Television praised Tito for his “struggle against imperialism and colonialism." The Soviet leadership called him “the out- standing leader of the Communists and all workers of Yugoslavia and a leading figure of the international Communist and workers’ movement” and said he “came out for the broad development of Yugoslav Soviet relations.” PRAISES STAND A condolence message from Peking’s leaders also praised Tito’s defiance of Soviet domination, saying he contributed to the establishment of correct relations between Communist parties by insisting on the independence and equality of all of them.It also said he defended “Yugoslavia’s independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity.” China said its premier and Communist party chairman, Hua Guofeng, will lead the Chinese delegation to the funeral in Belgrade Thursday.Prime Minister Trudeau said he is “deeply saddened” to learn of the death of Tito.Trudeau said in a message to Yugoslav leaders that Tito was “a legend in his own time whose vision and influence extended far beyond Yugoslavia.Although Yugoslavs mourned the only leader many of them had ever known, his death had been expected for several months, and the two collective leadership groups he put together to succeed him as president and head of the Communist party were already in firm control of the government and the party.TITLE WILL ROTATE Lazar Kolisevski, the 66-year-old president of the Macedonian republic, was sworn in as “president of the presidency," a title that will rotate annually among a nine-man collective made up of representatives of Yugoslavia’s six republics, two autonomous provinces and the Communist party.Steven Doronjski, 61, a Serb from the autonomous province of Vojvodina, was expected to become party president. He will share his power with 23 other members of the party presidium representing demonstrations at the Ohio university.Refnotes ___¦ _.SUTTON (JM» It was clearly a case of preaching to the converted when over 300 persons jammed the auditorium at the elementary school here Friday night to hear speakers supporting the No option in the upcoming referendum. The mood of the crowd was sunny as befitted a fine spring evening when the overflow listened to loudspeakers outside the school.Former MP Howard Grafftey lent his support to the cause and incumbent Andre Bachand gave an impassioned address on the utter necessity of keeping the country together. His statement, "I promise you I'll speak better English a year from now," caused a grin to emerge from the Gnome from Brome’, who was undoubtedly recalling his first ventures on the hustings while he was learning to speak French.Rosaire Raymond supported the national cause as a private citizen, disclaiming his role as mayor of Cowansville.Meanwhile, ‘Yes' proponent Kevin Drummond managed to omit a scheduled visit to the Chateau Cowansville at noon Friday when he was to explain his option to a group of golden-agers No explanation was given for his absence. It might be assumed he was told the local No committee operates out of the basement of the building.Quebec Finance Minister Jacques Parizeau confirmed Saturday that a major U.S.bond-rating agency has decided to maintain the province’s double-A rating whatever the referendum result.Scottish nationalists meeting in Montreal steered clear ot any comparisons between their autonomy movement and the PQ’s drive for sovereignty-association.Quebec Cultural Affairs Minister Camille Laurin said supporters of the yes side in the referendum should redouble their efforts to counter the effects of federal advertising.• MONTREAL (CP) — Vandals broke windows at a no committee office in the east-end riding of Maisonneuve on Saturday night but no damage was reported inside the office, a spokesman for the committee said Sunday.MONTREAL (CP) — Andre Raynauld, a leading member of the Quebec Liberal party, lias denied he is part of a party team working on a speculative budget for Quebec’s first year as an independent state.TROIS-RIVIERES, Que.*CP) — The no side in the Quebec referendum battle has a slight edge over the yes side in the St.Maurice region, according to a poll conducted for Le Nouvelliste.Ryan in Rock Forest Continued from Page 1 He said the PQ would not “scream that federalism leads to suicide" if they took a close look at the “cooperation and harmonious co-existence between these two communities today".Suicide for the Townships, Ryan said, would be destroying the federalist system.“Economist Roma Dauphin studied your region's textile, leather, furniture and agro-industries and concluded that Canadian markets are vital to their survival,” he said."But the Parti Québécois has ignored him completely.” He brought the same argument to the national level.Ryan said that without confederation, provinces would not have built "the eight most industrialized nation in the world".And without a parliament into oversee Quebec’s economic association with the rest of Canada, Quebecers would be left out in the cold."Do you think that without Ottawa’s intervention, Alberta would sell its oil so cheaply?Take away this common authority and the economic union fails apart," he said.Ryan charged the Yes committee with conducting an "ambiguous, confusing, and deceitful’’ campaign, because it doesn't want the public to know "the truth".In one of the rare moments when he raised the voice, he described Premier Rene Levesque as a liar “Levesque said last week that Quebec got only $230,000 in federal shipbuilding contracts in the past five years. He lied.I did some checking and found that the government has subsidized $35 million of some $200 million worth of contracts The armed forces alone gave us $80 million worth of business." Ryan got cheers at the end of his speech, but the real rabble-rousers were Gerard D Levesque and Camille Samson The former lifted the crowd to its feet and the latter had them wiping tears of laughter off their faces In a booming voice that bounced off the walls and exploded into the mike.Levesque charged that the Parti Québécois has dealt independence in New York and Paris, in the name of Quebec poeple "as if we gave them a mandate in 1976’'.He said the PQ promised Quebec a referendum early on in their mandate but waited four years "in order to try to influence us as long as they could".Addressing the referendum question, the 25-year veteran of the national assembly asked the audience whether they would expect to pass an exam if they had to deal with “a 125-word mess like that one".No! the crowd screamed back.He charged the “poison" of the question is packaged with glitter in order to sway the public."The question talks about equality; who would be against it?It talks about economic association; why would we be against it, we already have it." But behind the catchwords lie the true meaning of the question, Levesque charged - independence. He challenged those who will be voting yes to "have the courage of their conviction and admit they are for separation. But he urged those who believe Canada has an "incomparable heritage in security, riches and liberty” and who are proud to be Canadian as well as Québécois, to vote no.The crowd gave him a standing ovation And the men on the dais, each got up to shake the good ole’ boys’ hand.Samson, the Creditiste deputy who has become national vice-president of the No committee, was next.“I’m against sovereignty-association because 1 want to keep the liberty my mother gave me when she gave birth to me," he said. The crowd exploded.Warmed up, he prodded the audience on with a story “It’s about a Catholic priest who tries to convert a Protestant," he began “At first he dunks the Protestant in water and then asks him if he’s suffered enough to see the light If the man answers no, he’ll keep him under water until the man yells, “Yes, 1 m converted”."Good," the priest says, and then he drowns him "Why drown him after he’s been converted’’ To make sure he doesn’t come to his senses later on." Samson cried The crowd doubled over with laughter."The PQ are asking us to vote now and pay later," Samson screamed."And they're talking to us from a pirate ship that’s waving a flag that doesn't belong to them." Next up was Heward Grafftey.“The PQ wants to divorce but wants the right to visit with the wife once a week.Have you ever met a wife who would tolerate those conditions," Grafftey asked. The former Conservative cabinet minister said the Townships are willing to accept the challenge of renewed federalism and will not vote yes in the referendum because "they rightfully want a change in the status-quo".Then came Jean Chretien, Ottawa's man in Quebec during the referendum campaign “We owe a debt of thanks to Rene Levesque,” he began."Without him men like Heward Grafftey and Camille Samson would not be working together for a common cause It does us politicians good to sit on the same side of the fence for a change." Politicians on the other side of the fence are sowing half-truths, he charged."When Levesque tells you that we get 30 per cent of our energy-needs from Hydro, he neglects to tell you that we buy more hydro power from Labrador than we sell to New York.” “And even if Bourassa’s - not Levesque’s - plan of the century (James Bay) can be pulled off.it will still account for only 30 per cent of our energy needs We need to know that we have oil coming from a stable source The Athabaska sands have more oil that all of Saudi Arabia " Paying indirect tribute to his host's map of the future, Chretien spoke for the rest of Canada, saying “We will negotiate a renewed federalism that recognizes both languages, that permits education in the mother tongue and that calls for a proper distribution of our riches," he said.Chretien turned around to Ryan and the leader gave him a smile and a nod of thanks - or maybe approval • ESTATE PLANNING AND SETTLEMENT • INCOME TAX SHELTERS • FINANCIAL PLANNING up hospital polling stations Paterson and his colleagues were undeterred The Positive Action co-chairman told The Kecord after a speech to 350 people at the Waterloo Golf Club Sunday that they had taken their case to the premier late Saturday “I sent a telegram to Mr.Levesque asking him to provide ambulance service at government expense to those patients who, in their doctor's opinion, could be moved to the polling station by ambulance but not in any other way," Paterson said "If he agrees to that, 1 don't think it would be impossible for volunteers or others elsewhere from outside the petitioned Premier Rene Levesque to provide provincially-subsidized ambulance service to get hospitalized voters to the polls on referendum day The move comes after a ruling by the three-member Referendum Council last w eek said it did not have the power to decide whether voting stations should be set up in hospitals. It had been petitioned for a ruling by Paterson, Pointe Claire No committee chairman Louis Grenier, Casper Bloom of the No forces in Robert Baldwin and the Institute Conjoint Hospitalier de Montreal, which represents 24 Quebec hospitals.Referendum Council chairman Judge Alan B.Gold said the council sympathized with those Quebecers who could not make it from the hospitals to Little House BY KATHARINE SNOW The wrinkles seem to come in spring If, in springtime, a young man’s fancy turns to love, a young old woman's attention turns to her looks. In the new, bright sunlight a mirror can be deadly, an arch enemy. What, in winter, one thought of as a comfortable wrinkle or two.now in the merry month of May, looms as a major network. Two recent events have jolted me from the cozy acceptance of my rebelliously-aging self.Does one ever believe that one is becoming older? My initial jolt came a few weeks ago For the first time in my life, I had occasion to consult a cardiologist. For someone who had always been reasonably courageous, if not downright bold, as a nurse, I have ever been a hopeless coward as a patient.I fight down a real sense of panic at the tightening band of a sphygmomanometer. The thermometer under my tongue (not to mention the alternate!) fills me with apprehension I consider any examination below the throat or above the knee as a personal indignity. This exam, of course, involved only the heart and as such was not too distressing.Attempting to establish some type of rapport with his forbidding figure, I told the imposing physician that 1 had never before been to a cardiologist.Beyond the frostiest of smiles, he gave no indication that I had spoken.Driven by whatever it is that drives us on in such situations of discomfort.I went on nervously : “In fact, I only know one cardiologist, Bill Williams.Would you happen to know him?" He paused momentarily in his concentrated probing. He said, “Yes, I know Doctor Williams,” so coldly that I should have had the good sense to give up, but I babbled on “Would you believe,” I asked him, “that I took care of his Mother when he was born?” His icy eyes met mine pitilessly. He believed! The second impetus to do something and fast, was received last Saturday at Eaton's.Through the winter months, my supply of Elizabeth Arden products had deteriorated.Unable to obtain them locally, I was into anything I could find from Spray ’n Wfash to salad oil! But now, come Spring, I had decided to give Elizabeth one more challenge.I got out my “figuring book” and by chopping off five and ten dollar chunks from such trivial items as a new outfit for my son's graduation in June, I gathered $32.00 together and set forth for the city.At the store I discovered a wonderful fact. While I was idly dreaming away the winter, the Arden people were devoting all their time and energies just to help me! I was informed that they had come up with an absolutely marvelous cream called “Visible Difference”.Visible was what I needed, and now! The absolutely beautiful girl at the counter actually left off applying redundant eye shadow to her blue lids and approached me with a truly regal air of patronage.I bought a jar of my usual cream and timidly inquired about the new one.She assured me that, beyond a doubt, I needed them both. They were to be applied every night. One was guaranteed to moisturize all through the night and the other to do something about maintaining the water level in the skin.Aware of my gaucherie, I asked if one would not disturb the function of the other. She gave this brief consideration but came quickly to the conclusion that I needed all the help I could get.I simply cannot leave well enough alone! I had to say, “Do you really feel that these creams will make a difference?” It was meant as a gentle joke. She regarded me severely.“Madame, I promise you that if you will try Elizabeth Arden products for a period of three weeks, you will see the most amazing difference in your appearance!” She was so young and so earnest! How could I tell her that I had used nothing but Elizabeth Arden products for the past 40 years! May is almost here.I have spent well over the $32.00.(The water holding cream was $17.50 a small jar).I am without a new outfit for the all important Graduation.I shall not be the best-dressed woman at the affair, but I just might be the one with the most Visible Difference! short notice but personally.I'm not prepared to sit back and say well, the government's blown it so these people just won t vote ” Paterson said the lack of care in providing voting facilities for the hospitalized was a case of "total negligence” by the PQ as they had included provisions for people voting from hospitals in reforms to the electoral act The amendments, though passed in the national assembly last December, are not yet law because they have not been published in the Official Gazette The fact that the Parti Québécois overlooked their own amendment to the electoral act amazed the former Bishop’s University Corporation president “They were aware of the problem, they dealt with it in their amendment but when they rushed the referendum act through (without the amendment', they blew it," Paterson concluded Paterson's brief address before the golf club crowd centered on the theme that Quebecers w ill be the losers if a Yes vote is achieved on May 20, forfeiting natural rights in sharing the country's resources and heritage “l have never thought of advising a husband or wife in matrimonial difficulty to start divorce proceedings to improve their marriage,” said the Montreal lawyer, noting that the No forces are experiencing a steady up swing “l have never thought of accepting a mandate to dissolve a part nership from someone whose real attempt was to keep his partner but change the terms of the lease on the building where they work " "To vote Yes is to take the divorce petition in order to improve the marriage, to sue the partner in order to change the lease or to give a mandate to the engine driver to fly the airplane," concluded Paterson, saying that the PQ's only intent was to separate from the rest of the country and that it was essential that Quebecers block this move by voting No in the referendum The No forces weren't the only ones to make a pitch for their option in Waterloo Across town, in the Knights of Columbus hall, PQ labor minister Pierre Marc Johnson was reviewing the past two weeks with about 200 followers and reiterating the reasons why Quebecers should support sovereignty association on May 20 "We're trying to get across the fact that a Yes vote is the only way to start the end of the haggling between Ottawa and Quebec and that a No vote would be an absurdity,” says Johnson “We tielieve very calmly that the majority of Quebecers will be voting yes on May 20." Johnson said the PQ wanted to keep the debate “in a calm context" and not resort to slander as he said the No forces had done "We think the only way to w in this delaite is with dignity,” he said He dismissed comments made by Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau on Friday as typical of "a prime minister who hasn't touched the constitution in it years,” "They want to know what Quebec wants,' said Johnson, "it’s sovereignty association " ( v Johnson said that so fur, the climate of the campaign had been peaceful despite minor incidents of vandalism and a fire at the Sherbrooke Yes headquarters He did not attribute these acts to the No committee, though and wrote them off as the doings of "weirdos" % /a t Drummond lashes out at absentee proprietors By NKI.SOV, WYATT BEDFORD Former Liberal agriculture minister Kevin Drummond told an audience of about 100 people here Friday that the only way Quebecers will control their economic destiny is by voting yes on May 20.Drummond, who served in the Bourassa government, toured the Townships region at the week’s end, visiting Magog and Abercorn before the 9 p in meeting at the local CLSC.He told the crowd that he was here to talk to them not as a politician hut as "a Quebecer who has decided to vote yes ’ He gave only a brief talk, showing fatigue from a day that covered Isith omis of the region Entering to a stan ding ovation from the crowd, Drummond rapped the absentee ownership of business in the province and accused company owners of ow'ning a business in Mon (real but administering it BUS FIRMS ACQUITTED ST.HYACINTHE (JM) Verrault Transport and Autobus Inter-Cite were ac quitted of charges of crimin al negligence here last week Judge Jacques Page, in an 11-page written judgment, ruled the Crown had not proven beyond all reason able doubt the companies and their officers had shown wanton disregard to the point they were placing the lives of their passengers in danger.Judge Cote cited jurispru dence.“There is no proof that one individual, who foreseeing the possible consequences ot a tragedy, per sisted in allowing the buses to be operated while hoping and praying a disaster would not occur." it’s Page 4 from the June 29, 1978 Record and we’re running it again at the suggestion of one of our readers who remembered the L.Monty letter and what it said about a Parti Québécois master plan to win the referendum.Read Mr.Monty’s letter carefully, keeping in mind the way events in this province have unfolded in the nearly two years since strategist Doris Lussier’s article first appeared in the Journal de Montreal.Has not everything the PQ and the Forces of Yes have done in the last two years been aimed at downplaying the scary aspects of independence and sovereignty-association?Have they not gone to extreme lengths to avoid using the words during the current referendum campaign? We have been warned time and again of the hidden message in the Yes campaign, which in its simplest terms says anyone who is not for the Yes is against Quebec and Quebec cultural development, hence racist. This has been the most successful argument in the Yes arsenal.Quebec pride has been translated into Quebec nationalist and the semantic distinctions have been blurred to the point that many Quebecers can no longer trust their own judgment. The most terrifying thing in this whole deja-vu affair is the way in which the do-or-die tactics proposed by Mr.Lussier have been translated into a way of thinking which supposes the end justifies any means. The result of this has been fascism in both the Yes and No camps.Tory ex-candidate Peter Blaikie had no business using a quote attributed to German theologian Martin Niemoller in speaking to West-Island anglophones. He has protested it was not meant in the context of a comparison between Nazi Germany and PQ Quebec, but it emerged that way.It was taken in that context. And it was read as a direct attack on the PQ’s admitted tendencies toward ethnic-bashing.On the Yes side, Premier Rene Levesque has referred to the province’s non-francophone minority as “Quebec’s 16-per-cent handicap’’.Yes-man and former Bourassa cabinet minister Jean-Paul L’Allier has described Quebec’s cultural heritage as represented by the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts as an institution created by anglophones and Jews. The referendum battle has grown immeasurably uglier with these racist utterances. The whole thing reeks of intolerence and bitterness and Townships Sun editor Charles Bury’s plea that both sides remember we have to live together whatever the outcome of the May 20 referendum makes a great deal of sense. So read Mr.Monty’s letter and pass it on.Keep in mind the Yes plan is based on their ability to put the No forces on the defensive. What better way than to stoke the fires of racism that can only hurt the credibility of the No forces?Let’s mind our tongues — on both sides.JAMES DUFF LETTERS Lussier’s master plan Editor : I had the misfortune to read the Journal de Montreal edition of June 21, 1978 On page 10 was published a text by Doris Lussier entitled AVANT LA BATAILLE (Before the Battle). For those of you who are not familiar with Lussier, the Journal stated that he was an ex-eandidate for the P Q in the 1970 election, and also he was an ex professor of social and political sciences His present career is as a Quebec comedian and an influential adviser to Mr Levesque.Lussier's spiel concerns the referendum and how to prepare for and win it.He divides his text into three chapters; Order of Intention, Order of Reality, and Order of Action. The first two chapters are long and drawn out ex cursions.too long for translation, so I will give you the summary of those two chapters, but the third chapter just had to be translated in part so that you may judge for yourself just what type of person this Lussier is The summaries of Chapter one (Order of Intention! and Chapter 2 (Order of Reality) are the following: The purpose and reasons to react on the part of the P Q is SORTING 9oVT oi r^r-s- 7* Washington Merry-Go-Round Bombed pilots threaten all by Jack Anderson and Les Whitten WASHINGTON — We have obtained disturbing new evidence that two of the world's most notorious killers have struck up an unholy alliance.Idi Amin, the madcap president of Uganda, is giving aid and protection to Yassir Arafat and his fellow terrorists of the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO).Amin, it is estimated, has murdered between 150,000 and 300,000 of his own people.Arafat has been responsible for the barbaric slaughter of countless Israeli men, women and children. Now they have teamed up to form one of the deadliest duos since the days of Hitler and Mussolini A secret memo smuggled out of Ugandan government files discloses that Amin has granted diplomatic passports to at least 11 activist members of the PLO These documents permit the PLO to pass through international customs checks with no baggage search and few questic asked.Intelligences sources suspect that the Palestinians are using their diplomatic status to smuggle weapons and explosives to terrorists around the globe. One of the Palestinians who has been given a diplomatic passport by Amin is Khaled Mohammed El-Shekh.Our sources have identified him as the head of the PLO office in Kmapala, the capital of Uganda Khaled is also granted the unusual privilege of attending meetings of Amin’s cabinet The minutes of a March 27 meeting, for instance, disclose that among those present were Khaled.the ambassadors from Somalia and Libya, and “two representatives from PLO headquarters in Beirut who were state guests " Amin was jubilant, the transcript reveals because he had just heard from Arafat “about the successes of his liberators against the Jews.’’ He informed his cabinet and guests that the PLO was helping him organize a new State Research Bureau to carry out police and intelligence operations “They are even better-trained than the CIA or congressmen," the rotund ruler inanely boasted “Their work will be very important and if they are needed by other countries, I will lend them This group is going to be headed by me directly. It will be know n as the SSS-Amin Operation." The servile audience was ecstatic.State the minutes: “Everybody at this point ran wild in applause ’’ The Amin-Arafat alliance began in 1972 when the Ugandan dictator publicly praised the murder of Israeli athletes at the Munich Olympic games and announced he was going to build a shrine to Hitler More than 300 Palestinians now live in Uganda; many of them hold civil service jobs Another terrorist group which has been granted special privileges is the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP), which has an intelligence office in Kampala PFLP leader George Habash has been linked to dozens of heinous terrorist acts.It was he, for example, who masterminded the July 1976, hijacking of the Air France jet that landed at Entebbe in Uganda The 103 passengers were freed after a daring raid by Israeli commandos But Arafat and his PLO thugs are Amin’s clear favorites He is now being protected at his palace by a phalanx of PLO bodyguards, whom he trusts more than his fellow Ugandans. He also recently received a gift for his children from Arafat: a set of commando uniforms Such pampering of the prodigious potentate pays off handsomely for the PLO.In January 1976, Amin provided three Palestinian terrorists with a Soviet-built Sam 7 missile and permitted them to slip across the border into neighboring Kenya, where they planned to shoot down an Israeli airliner landing at Nairobi airport.Tipped off by Israeli intelligence, the Kenyans arrested the terrorists before they could complete their diabolical mission Later, two German terrorists, also with Amin’s backing, attempted the same trick They, too, were caught and imprisoned The man who ordered the arrests was a Kenyan cabinet officer named Bruce McKenzie It was also McKenzie who persuaded the Kenyans to allow the Israeli commandos to use Nairobi airport as a stopover point during the Entebbe raid.In late May, this year, McKenzie visited Uganda As his plane approached Nairobi on the return trip, it exploded, killing McKenzie and three companions.Kenyan government officials privately believe that the bomb was planted by Amin's men or by the Palestinians as revenge against McKenzie “Evidence shows." they cabled Amin, that a "bomb had been planted on the aircraft while parked at Entebbe " The Ugandan government denied any role in the killing Intelligence sources told our reporter Murray Waas, however, that tight security at Entebbe would have prevented access to the plane by anyone except Amin’s men or their Palestinian cohorts Laundered Money: President Carter has called for an end to the arms embargo against Turkey, calling this "the most immediate and urgent foreign policy decision" facing Congress But we’ve now learned that some U.S.military supplies have been funneled into Turkey all along through the NATO Maintenance and Supply Agency ( NAMSA).A confidential congressional report states “NAMSA was being used to funnel arms to Turkey as a means of circumventing the arms embargo imposed by Congress " According to the report, over $30 million in military supplies have been laundered through the NATO agency for delivery to Turkey Sovereignty for Quebec and the establishment of a social-democratic regime To obtain this the referendum must be won Of necessity the government must delay until after the referendum all reform laws which could cause a negative reaction at the time of the referendum vote Because of the radical nature of these proposed reforms it is necessary that they be shelved until after the referendum Lussier then states that he is aware that some of the P Q laws already passed are severe and have alientated some of the P Q.members, and the P Q are losing ground with the electorate The economic situation does not enhance the P Q picture either.Recent poll indicators show the PQ in a downward trend The English are of no help, therefore the pure French population vote must exceed 60 per cent in favor of the referendum in order to cancel out any English vote.In order to finance the campaign to the hilt, public funds must be used ( your tax dollar) by the P Q.to combat any outside intrusions and also to ascertain that an intensive propaganda war be carried out to the fullest The above is in short the meat of Lussier’s two chapters Now on to chapter three which is translated in part Order of Action: Action means two things: Strategy, which is directed by the command post, and tactics, which are applied by the fighters on the battlefield Strategy - the definition of the strategy must be left to persons in the higher echelons. We must first destabilize the action of the adversary and neutralize his offensive by cutting the grass under his feet In this respect it appears to me to be of prime im portance to conduct the whole referendum campaign against separatism. It is the only way to take away from the Federalists what they believe, with reason, to be their absolute weapon: Scare. We must admit that the great majority of Quebecers are afraid of separatism and the only way to regain their confidence is to conduct a spectacular campaign against separatism If we do not do this I (Lussier) am convinced that we will not get 35 per cent of the vote We must not pronounce the word independence once The only way in Quebec to obtain independence is to never speak about it.There is another factor that I believe to be necessary We must be assured that we get the active collaboration of the union movement; the large companies we don’t care about, since they don’t care about us But the union members; we cannot afford to not have them along with us at the time of the referendum This need must be brought forward to the unions at such time when contract negotiations are being discussed in the public and parapublic sectors 2 - Tactics'- Put everything that is going bad in Quebec on the back of the federal government, make that government the scape goat for all of Quebec's troubles Duplessis did just that and he won his elections You will tell me that' it is demagogy, so what! When faced with all the dirty methods used by the feds are about to come out with, gallantry in battle is not acceptable Warn the people in advance about the giant provocations that will be made to scare them Just mention the dirty tricks used by the R.C.M.P.; that could be effective As soon as possible a small catechism on Sovereignty-Association must be sent to .DORIS LUSSIER: Fight separatism and win every Quebec home to explain in a simple way and accessible to all people the advantages of sovereignty-association and the inconveniences of the present federal set-up An example among ten: In a system where English represent 75 per cent and Quebecers 25 per cent we are always losers Flood the French territory with sovereignty signs and slogans.I would mention for example huge signs along the autoroutes and worded as follows: Down with separatism, long live sovereignty-association Conclusion - Sovereignty for the nation, is a question of life or death For us the problem is just as simple as it is tragic, it is to be sovereign or not to be This justifies and commands that we enter into the battle with all the resources that power can make available to us It will not be too much ” Before concluding this letter I (me) would like to draw your attention to the beginning of Lussier's article in which he recommends that the P Q.refrain from presenting further reforms before the referendum Mr.Lussier may have an inside track or these proposed reforms and if he thinks that they could cause harm to his cause then God help those who don’t believe in his cause, and 1 am one of them L.MONTY, Lennoxville Funny story Editor : Someone sent me a copy of the Sherbrooke Record of June 5th with your writeup of the Lyster “reunion" and I must say I think it’s the funniest thing I’ve read in a long time.Really great! cash register, consumers are paying a hidden food bill that amounts to millions of dollars a year The hidden costs are federal tax dollars used to maintain a viable agricultural industry with subsidies, commodity support programs and a variety of other farm policies and services A number of federal departments spend millions of dollars every year to support the agricultural sector and thereby keep food costs down. And farmers make no apologies for taking the assistance.“In many cases, subsidies to farmers could be considered subsidies to the con sumers," Stuart Thiesson, executive sec retary of the National Farmers Union says.“1 don’t think subsidies to agriculture are nearly as great as they are to many other industries which can pass costs on to the consumer.Farmers don’t have that ability.” TRANSPORTATION COSTLY Probably the greatest percentage of government assistance is in grain transportation, an area vital to moving products from the farm to market place. In the last eight years, about $1.63 billion has been poured into such projects as railway branch line rehabilitation, branch line operating subsidies and railway cars needed to carry grain Rebuilding and repairing branch lines costs between $70 and $80 million a year Prairie branch line subsidies required to keep open lines that wouldn’t otherwise be maintained cost $60 million a year Another $258 million has been spent in the last number of years to purchase 8,000 govern ment-owned grain hopper cars and repair older boxcars used in the grain fleet The government now is receiving the first of 2,000 additional hopper cars through a leasing program that will cost $10 to $12 million each year A few of the other major assistance programs in agriculture are -FARM CREDIT CORP Outstanding loans now total $1.47 billion with Saskatchewan farmers owing $715 million, Alberta farmers $520 million and Manitoba farmers $240 million Agriculture Minister Eugene Whelan recently estimated that for each percentage point difference between the FIX’ interest rate of 13 per cent and the bank rate, the government's cost is $5 million. With the prime lending rate now at about 18 per cent, the government is paying $25 million in interest subsidies -CROP INSURANCE Generally, the producer and federal government split the premium costs of crop insurance and the respective provinces pay for administration. In 1979-80, 109,000 far mers were insured across Canada with total federal expenditures for premiums reaching $77 million.-WESTERN GRAIN STABILIZATION ACT The program was established in 1976 to offset sharp drops in cash flow from grain sales. The federal government contributes $2 for every $1 put into the fund by farmers up to certain maximums. In 1979, the federal government put $77.2 million into the fund with farmers contributing $38.6 million.Interest on the account was $9.2 million which accrued to the fund -AGRICULTURAL STABILIZATION ACT Commodities eligible for price support under the act include oats and barley grown outside the Canadian wheat board des ignated area, corn, soybeans, hogs, slaughter cattle, sheep, industrial milk and cream OTTAWA (CP) Scientists could soon get their long-sought federal financial help to turn their research ideas into new products for manufacture and possible export. But a government goal to stimulate industrial innovation may fall short of expectations.Science Minister John Roberts says he plans to raise federal science spending by $190 million for 1980-81 in an effort to train more researchers and increase technological innovation in industry However, Roberts says a national research and development spending target set several years ago by the Liberals will not be attained for at least five years The Liberal government has repeatedly promised to encourage an increase in research and development expenditures to i 5 per cent of the grass national product the value of goods and services produced That goal was originally set for 1983 by the previous Liberal administration.Research spending now is about 0.94 per cent, less than half that of other industrial countries such as Switzerland and France Professional simplicity TORONTO (CP) — Mother’s Pizza Parlours Ltd.has become a hot success story in the food industry by capitalizing on a simple concept — the more people eat out, the more they like to feel at home.Grey Sisson, president of the company based in Burlington, Ont., said in an interview 13 of the more than 30 Mother s restaurants were opened last year and 15 others are planned for 1980.And every restaurant now operating has annual sales of more than $1 million, Sisson said. The company, founded 10 years ago, has moved into Manitoba and British Columbia as well as Ohio and Michigan.Sisson, 38, developed the company’s market concept in 1970 along with co-founders Pata Mara and Ken Fowler. At the time, Sisson and Fowler were partners in several A and W hamburger franchises and Mara was thinking about expanding his pizza business in St.Catharines, Ont.“Back then, pizza was thought of as a snack food that teenagers ate after dates,” Sisson said.“It was strictly a take-out Islanders take 3-0 lead in Sabres series UNIONDALE, N Y (CP) — The question now is: Can Buffalo Sabres cut it?History — both that of the National Hockey League and that of Buffalo’s current semifinal series against New York Islanders — suggests not.Judging by his countenance after a 7-4 defeat here Saturday night, head coach Scotty Bowman of the Sabres probably suspects as much, “You’ve got to win the next game, and the first period of it is especially important,” said Bowman after the Islanders grabbed a :i () lead in the best-of-seven series, with the fourth game here Tuesday night.“You can't worry about anything past that next first pe riod.” Only twice in NHL history has a team lost the first three games of a best-of-seven series and then won four in a row.Toronto Maples Leafs did it in the 1942 final against Uetroit Bed Wings, and the Islanders did it in a 1975 quarter-final against Pittsburgh Penguins.WON WITH PETES Bowman, also Buffalo general manager, was asked whether he’s ever been in the situation before, and he said he had. What happened?“We came back and won it in seven.” That, as he recalled, with with Peterborough Petes of the Ontario Hockey Association Junior A series in 1958 or 1959.But his memory is selective. As coach of St.Louis Blues, Bowman was behind 3-0 in the Stanley Cup finals of 1968 and 1969 against Montreal Canadiens and 1970 against Boston Bruins Each time the series was a sweep. In addition, the Islanders have beaten Buffalo in 11 con- secutive playoff games dating to 1978.Buffalo has not won a playoff game here in six tries, and Islanders goaltender Billy Smith has an 11-1 playoff wonlost record against the Sabres The once-favored Sabres have not received winning performances from such stars as Gilbert Perreault, Kichard Martin and Expos-Giants split weekend doubleheader Record Perry Beaton Warren "the cro" Cromartie readies and steadies himself for a catch.Hv TERRY SCOTT MONTREAL (CP) — Ken Macha of Montreal Expos has learned how to be a realist in his brief major league baseball career. In two years as a utility player, Macha learned he must make the most of his opportunities and he seized one Sunday by collecting five hits as the Expos split a National League doubleheader with San Francisco Giants.Macha’s double and single were almost overlooked as Montreal dropped an 8-4 decision in the opener, but his first career home run and run-scoring triple helped the team win 6 4 in the second game. The victory salvaged what was almost a lost weekend for the Expos, who bowed 3-2 to San Francisco on Saturday when Milt May’s bloop double snapped a ninth-inning tie.Macha’s homer gave Mon- treal a 1-0 lead in the third inning of the second game. But the Giants then had four straight singles off starter Bill Lee and the last one, by Jim Wohlford, drove in two runs.A solo homer and an RBI triple by Johnnie LeMaster increased the margin to 4-1 until the Expos erupted for four runs in the seventh.Tony Bernazard brought in two runs wth a double and scored when Rowland Office followed with a two-base hit.Office scored the eventual winning run on an infield hit by Andre Dawson EXPOS TRYING “We needed a lot of key plays to come back in this game,” said manager Dick Williams.“It shows we’re trying.” Stan Bahnsen, 2-1, who retired two batters after replacing Lee in the seventh, earned the victory and Elias Sosa notched a save by working the final two in- nings.Randy Moffitt, 1-1, was tagged with the defeat. As much as the Expos battled in the opener they were unable to solve righthander John Mon-tefusco, 2-3, who allowed two hits and struck out 11 batters until an infield hit by Bernazard and a walk by pinch-hitter Office chased him from the mound in the seventh.Ron LeFlore then greeted reliever Greg Minton with a triple to slice the Giants margin to 4-2.But Minton escaped further trouble and the Giants broke the game open with four runs in the eighth inning.Steve Rogers, 2-3, was the losing pitcher after allowing a pair of walks in the first inning and watching both runners score on a double by Terry Whitfield. The Expos begin a three game series today against Houston Astros, sending David Palmer, 0-0, to the mound against J.R.Richard, 4-0.effective defence and Smith’s sparkling goaltending Centre Bryan Trottier scored two goals in the third-game victory, and Mike Bossy, Wayne Merrick, Lome Henning, Bob Bourne and Butch Goring scored one apiece.“There's an over-all balance, offensively and defensively, that’s great to see,” said Islanders coach A1 Arbour.“The big thing is that the players are really w orking for each other this year.” Another victory will put the Islanders, losers of four semifinal series in the last five years, into the first Stanley Cup final of their history.Meanwhile, Philadelphia's Bill Barber scored four goals, including a key shorthanded tally with 3:26 to play, to stop a comeback by Minnesota North Stars and ensure a 5-3 victory for the Flyers in the National Hockey League semifinal series Sunday night. The triumph, before a standing-room-only crowd of 15,706 at Met Center, gave the Flyers a 2-1 edge in the best-of-seven semifinal series. The fourth game will be played Tuesday night in here, with the fifth game scheduled in Philadelphia Thursday. With team-mate Ken Linseman in the penalty box for tripping and the scrappy North Stars pressing for the tying goal, Barber pounced on a loose puck at centre ice, skated into the Minnesota zone and fired a wrist shot past Minnesota goaltender Gilles Meloche.Barber’s third goal, at 6:07 of the second period, had given the Flyers to a 4-0 lead. But the young North Stars stormed back with three goals — two short-handed and one on a power play — in a three-minute span.Minnesota defenceman Curt Giles drew a hooking penalty at 14:18, but Tom Younghans skated in over the Flyers’ blueline and surprised goalie Phil Myre with a slap shot over his left shoulder at 14:39.Less than a minute later, Tim Young took a pass from Tom McCarthy on a two-on-one break and beat Myre from close range to cut the margin to 4-2 Can halt baldness Finnish scientists say LONDON — Two Finnish scientists said they have developed a scalp treatment that can halt baldness and even start new hair growing in many cases. The scientists, who are putting the treatment on sale in the form of a solution, say that among volunteers who applied it to their scalp tor 28 weeks, hair growth resumed in 60 per cent of the cases and hair loss decreased within four weeks The claim, however, was greeted with initial reservation by some medical experts. The product contains a synthetic detergent, which clears away dead hairs and other dirt clogging the follicles — the tiny sacs in which hair grows.Another ingredient, a compound, then sets in motion a process which allegedly results in the growth of new hair. For further information write to: Bioscal Canada, Dept.SHR Box 113, Adelaide another step in the liberation of the not-so-weaker feminine sex It hailed the end of a second Golden Age in thoroughbred racing.“The super horse binge is over,” said trainer LeRoy Jolley the day before he watched his sleek chestnut filly, Genuine Risk, beat 12 male rivals Saturday in the U»6th Kentucky Derby.¦' His statement was backed by other Tiorsemen and jockeys.Don Brumfield, whose 50-1 shot Hazard Duke finished last, 21 lengths behind the winner, doesn’t foresee a siring of filly victories '¦ “It may be 65 years before another filly wins the Derby,” he said.“She beat a mediocre bunch of colts.” Laffit Pincay Jr., who was aboard the runner-un Rnmhn he was surprised by Genuine Risk's staying power, but still doubted the over-all calibre of the horses.“We have little speed in this race —-no rabbits," he said.TRANSFORMED RACE Nevertheless, Genuine Risk's triumph was a shot in the arm that transformed the Derby, which was becoming a predictable event, into an exciting and historic one.It had never been fashionable for fillies to run in major races.Only 30 had done so in the more than a century of the Derby’s existence the last in 1959.The only filly to win previously was Regret in 1915.Now comes the Freakness and after that the Belmont — the celebrated Triple Crown Genuine Risk is a good race horse but no one seriously expects her to be anuLier Secretariat or Seattle Slew not with colls such as c odex.Temperance Hill and Colonel Moran joining the ranks at Baltimore. In the 106 years, there have been only 10 Triple Crown winners.Four of them came in the 1940s (Whirlaway, Count Fleet, Assault and Citation ).Then there was a 25-year gap before the matchless Secretariat emerged in 1973.Secretariat signalled a boom of great thoroughbreds Seattle Slew and Affirmed, both Triple Crown winners like Secretariat, then such giants as Foolish Pleasure, Bold Forbes and Spectacular Bid.As trainer LeRoy Jolley indicates, such lush crops don't come every year not in horse racing, not in other sports They just happen We've enjoyed one Now we must suffer the commonplace until the bumper crop comes again.SPECIAL OFFER TO THE OWNER OF EVERY ^0 AMC Jeep VEHICLE V records at age 14.However, she surprised even herself during the weekend when she won eight gold medals and two silvers at the Canada Cup swim meet.“Yes, I’m a little surprised,” said the 17-year-old from Nashville, Tenn., Aquatic Club after collecting her eighth first-place finish Sunday in the women’s 200-metre backstroke in a time of 2:19.03.“But I’ve found the conditions here very much to my liking,” she said.“The arrangements have been very good and the pool is quite fast.” Caulkins said part of the reason for her domination of the meet has to do with the recent decision by the Canadian Olympic Association to bow to the wishes of the Canadian government and boycott the Moscow Olympics.“They (the Canadian Olympic Association) only announced its boycott decision fairly recently,” said Caulkins, the current world record holder in the women’s 200-metre individual medley.“The Canadian swimmers are likely feeling a little down right now.I know I was for a couple of weeks after it was announced the American team wouldn’t be going.” COLLECTS MEDALS In addition to her 200-metre backstroke win on Sunday, Caulkins finished first in the women’s 100-metre freestyle on Saturday. She won two gold medals during opening-day competition Friday — in the 200-metre breaststroke and 200-metre individual medley — and followed that Saturday with firsts in the 50-and 200-metre freestyles, the 200-metre butterfly and the 400-metre individual medley. Her silver medals came in the 400 and 800-metre freestyles.Strange captures Houston Open HOUSTON (AP) — Curtis Strange scored a one-shot playoff victory over Lee Trevino Sunday to capture the Houston Open Gold Tournament and $63,000 from the total purse of $108,659.The purse gave him $108,659 for the season and the win qualifies him for the World Series of Golf this fall and next year’s Tournament of Champions. But the second victory of his career didn’t come easily for Strange. He entered the final round with a six-stroke lead, watched it dwindle and disappear in the face of Trevino’s final round 65, a six-under-par performance that put them in a tie at the end of the regulation 72 holes. The last stroke of the lead disappered when Strange carded a bogey on the 16th hole.He had to make a scrambling, one-putt par on the 18th hole to save a piece of the lead and send it to extra holes. The sudden-death playoff lasted one hole.Trevino hit safely to the middle of the green on the par- three and Strange put his shot 12 feet from the cup. After Trevino missed.Strange rolled his putt home for the winner.second inning First-baseman Steve Shelton started with a hit, followed by catcher Denis Mongeau taking advantage of the second-baseman error.Guy Landry and Peter Strom singled each, shortstop Denis Guay hit the ball deeply to centerfield producing a run.and Denis Landry powered the ball in rightfield for a triple In the fourth and fifth.Orioles scored three and six runs to take a commanding KM lead, mainly due to errors. The local squad completed their scoring with two runs in the fifth, one point in the sixth and seventh. The Sherbrooke pitching staff used in the game, starter Sylvio Leclair.relievers Paulin Aube, Yves Begin, Steve Brown and Guy Landry, had a terrible time allowing several walks.Granby’s runners stole bases easily against them.Rookies enjoyed better performances than veterans.Sixteen out of the 17 players participated in the game, only Alain Collin (brother of veteran Serge) sat for the complete game.Rookies Andre Zakrzewski in rightfield, Alain Bolduc on second base, Claude Prévost and Peter Strom on third base, Paulin Aube and Steve Brown on the mound impressed very much Sherbrooke A’s IU0 021 100 ___ 8 Granby Orioles IN 360 00X .10 ATHLETICS’ NOTES — Rookie pitcher Bruno Fortin sustained a nose injury during previous training. He will be back on Tuesday An unusual play occurred in last Saturday's sixth inning — shortstop Denis Guay caught a fly ball but un-voluntarily dropped it, and leftfielder Donald Dupre caught again the ball for an out before it touched the ground .It was the first Granby win at home against Sherbrooke in at least five seasons At the end of Saturday's game, rookie Alain Bolduc slid into second base and injured the player with his spike, the Granby player tagged him out.The other Orioles pushed Bolduc, but the rest of the A s rushed onto the field to help their teammate with no further damage .The three errors by Denis Guay in Sunday’s game were not all his fault. The field is really bumpy .The young 17-year-old Alain Bolduc signed his contract yesterday, so you will have the opportunity to see him on home opener May 18 Bolduc wears jersey number 7.Petes take overtime win in Memorial Cup BRANDON.Man (CP *
