believed that he suicided.A widow and family survive.The- third drowning in two days occurred here this afternoon when Ernest Wright, of Toronto, a steward on the Turbinia, found a watery grave.The young man, in company with three or four companions, got a small boat and sailed out in the bay.In some way, probably through fooling, the boat was dumped and Wright was drowned, sigking like a
