of the Greene avenue buildings being sought by Loge Antoine Ltd.for renovation may come soon, Westmount MNA Hon.Kevin Drummond said Monday. He said he hopes to meet with officials of the Quebec roads department this week to hammer out fine details concerning location of service facilities for the Trans-Canada Highway, which must be resolved before the Quebec Housing Corporation will offer a grant for renovations.“I spend my life putting pieces together,” Mr.Drummond said of his extensive work in assuring that the provincial grant is approved.Meanwhile, the Quebec Rental Board this week turned down an appeal by residents of the buildings to have their eviction notices rescinded. The board upheld the notices sent out by the roads department in January.‘considering that demolition is for public purpose.” Residents Milton Hotton, Doris Amos and Linda Bartham are reported ready to appeal the decision on the basis of a letter from the roads department expropriation north on Mount Pleasant at 3:39 pm and had just made the 130- degree left turn on the zig-zag street past the intersection of St.Sulpice road.As she completed the turn, a dog appeared in front of her, causing her to lose control of the vehicle, which swerved off the south shoulder of the street. The car travelled through small trees and shrubs, eventually ending up on the south side of the island that the 1973 levy, for which bills not yet have been issued.may go the same course. The city attorney thought that the situation may be remedied, alternatively, by provincial legislation having
