45-year-old timekeeper in the Montreal Cotton Mills at Valleyfield, was instantly killed carly Sunday morning when the motor-cyele, in the side-car of which he was riding, capsized on the Valley- field-Montreal highway a few miles out of his home town.Ernest Houle, of Montreal, who was driving the cycle.escaped with slight injuries and Oscar Latour, 25-year-old brother of the dead man, also of
