and as the strong party for the rise in stocks make no further exertions to keep up the prices by puying, the market has given way ; and the funds are noir heavy, ar the decline.Consols for the account opened at 89, and fell to 79 5,8 7/4, at which quotation they now remain, Reduced Stock from 70, has fallen to 78 574 5/8 ;
