lot is separated in two, by a street leading to the river side ; the one of 70 french feet broad, by 230 fect in depth towards the place of shipping-\u2014and the other of 90 feet broad by about 110 in depth.Qu the first Jot is a good wooden House 60 by SU feet, à bake-house, milk-house, a large stable, hoz-stye & necessary house, all in good order; at the end of which buildings is a garden, the whole breadth of the lot by 150 deep, planted with several plumb, cherry, gouseberry and currant trees of different sorts iv each species.\u2014On the other lot is a Wheat Store 72 by 24 french feet fiona which labourers carry the grain ou board ut vessels without the help of carts, which saves a great expences; the remainder of that large lot is at present employed as garden ground planted with potatoes.\u2018The above mentioned two Houses, the Store and other buildings are msured against fire at the Phamix Office, which insurances will be tranferred in favour of purchasers, with the consent
