Quebec pol’s daughter spared record on student unrest charges The Canadian Press Quebec politician’s daughter has Ape granted a conditional dis- harge for causing damage during the 2012 student protests.Yalda Machouf-Khadir, the daughter of Quebec solidaire member Amir Khadir, will have to serve 240 hours of community service and will be under probation for three years. She won’t have a criminal record if she abides by the conditions.Machouf-Khadir, who aspires to become a lawyer, pleaded guilty to taking part in the ransacking of the Quebec education minister’s office as well as vandalism that occurred during protests at a Montreal junior college and a university.Machouf-Khadir previously pleaded guilty to several charges including mischief, breaking-and-entering, conspiracy to commit mischief and wearing a disguise.Quebec court Judge Jean-Pierre Boyer said he believes the remorse the accused has shown is sincere and that she realizes that people would have felt threatened by her actions. The province gained international attention in 2012 when a dispute over proposed tuition hikes boiled into a months-long uprising. The unrest, dubbed the Maple Spring, saw thousands of protesters hit Montreal streets night after night and several incidents of violence across the province.Amir Khadir told reporters Monday that as far as he’s concerned, her daughter was contributing to the public discussion.“My daughter is very proud of having contributed positively to a debate,” said Khadir.“Some mistakes happened, and she’s assuming (responsibility) .she’s happy that justice was rendered.” CP Rail strike ends as discussions resume By Andy Blatchford THE CANADIAN PRESS day-old strike at Canadian Pacific Arie screeched to an unex- ected halt Monday with the company and its union agreeing to binding arbitration just hours before employees were to be legislated back to work.Labour Minister Kellie Leitch was on the verge of introducing a bill to end the labour dispute when she suddenly emerged from the House of Commons to reveal the two sides had beaten her to it.“The strike is over,” Leitch declared.“I'm incredibly happy that both sides put the interests of Canadians and the Canadian economy first.” The minister said she welcomed the sudden willingness by the railway (TSX:CP) and the union to resume talks through a mediator — a development that had.seemed impossible just hours earlier.Asked whether the threat of a back-to- work bill had negated the rights of workers to strike, Leitch played down its impact, noting that employees already had the opportunity to strike.“We have not tabled this legislation,” she said.“We have allowed the parties to meet, to talk and to come to what they think will be the best agreement.” Earlier Monday, as the House of Commons debated the merits of the back-to- work bill, Leitch said the strike could have cost the Canadian economy more than $200 million in lost GDP every week. She acknowledged there were still numerous issues on the table, but said the goal was to get service back to 100 per cent by Tuesday morning. The strike by 3,300 locomotive engineers and other CP train workers began Sunday.Effects of the stoppage were felt Monday as the strike disrupted service on several Montreal-area commuter train routes, services used by an estimated 19,000 people every day.The union chose the arbitration and mediation process to avoid being forced back to work by the government, its president said Monday.“Our preference is to negotiate these improvements through collective bargaining, and the worst thing that could happen is a legislated process,” Teamsters president Douglas Finnson said in a statement.“These issues are far too important to our members to have a legislated process decide the issue.” The Teamsters said the dispute resolution process will address issues at the heart of the conflict, including its concerns about worker fatigue.Train service, it added, would resume Tuesday, but only after it had ensured workers were well rested. In a statement Monday, CP Rail chief executive Hunter Harrison said the company would have preferred a negotiated deal, though he noted the decision brings both sides back to the table.“This is the right thing to do at this time,” Harrison said.On Sunday, Peter Edwards, CP's vice- president of labour relations, said he supported the government's bill after negotiations failed.NDP labour critic.Alexandre Boulerice said he doesn’t believe the threat of ‘back-to-work legislation helped either side in the dispute.“The Conservatives always have the same answers: to attack the workers, attack their rights — the constitutional rights — and attack their unions.” Mini si BROME COUNTY NEWS TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 2015 * PAGE 3 Cf PAGE 4 TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 2015 LETTERS Brome County News The real figures on taxes in West Bolton DEAR EDITOR: ere is some misinformation circu- Thies in West Bolton about municipal finances. When we accept misinformation, it means we are abandoning not only our critical judgement but our ability to make clear choices and control our future. That's why it is the duty of everyone to ensure the veracity of information, and in the case of our finances, as director general, this duty falls especially to me.The misinformation being circulated includes the claim of a mil rate increase of 8.3 per cent in 2015.This 8.3 per cent figure actually refers to the average increase in property values. In fact, and the Quebec government will confirm it, the mil rate in 2014 was $0.40 per $100 of assessed value and the mil rate in 2015 is $0.40 for every $100 of assessment.Another claim is that expenses have significantly increased. This is not true. The preliminary figures we have, which are posted on the website of the municipality, show that the actual operating expenses in 2014 were 1 per cent less than in 2013, dropping from $1,239.902 in 2013 to $1,227.579 in 2014.However, it is important to note that the 2014 figures have not yet been audited by the accounting firm and so it is unwise to draw conclusions before the verification is complete at the end of February.Another claim circulating concerns contracts awarded by the municipality. In fact, according to the law, all contracts over $100,000 are posted on the TBL water approved by 64 per cent? Please return council calendar to former format DEAR EDITOR: T= council newsletter says the new calendar of collections was created “to improve its appearance and make it easier to understand.” But although it is prettier it is much harder to understand as the various colours are too similar and the information for the two zones is crowded together, made worse because on a smaller page. Please return to the old format.LIONEL ALBERT Knowlton Quebec government's website and all Quebec contractors can bid for them.Knowledge and information are the strength of a community. It will be impossible to accomplish much in West Bolton unless we share, communicate, ask questions, discuss and understand each other.I am always surprised when people draw conclusions on a topic without first talking to the people involved.I'm especially surprised when people draw conclusion on finances without checking the facts with me.As Quebec author Lyse Desrochers said, the hardest thing is not the answers; the hardest thing is asking questions.Sincerely, PHILIPPE DE COURVAL Director-General Secretary-Treasurer Municipality of West Bolton Freemasons Support DEAR EDITOR: ary tax bill TBL easily could have polled each Brome Lake taxpayer, for only a few dollars.Instead Mayor Burcombe chose to spend around $10,000 asking and reporting on questions that for many remain unanswerable because they are not involved with what was questioned. How can 64.3 per cent of the respondents all over Brome Lake approve or disapprove of town drinking water when so many are not connected to town water? Were the good people with private wells telling us they approve of their own wells?Or were the answers assembled to achieve a 64 per cent answer? In either case the result is meaningless.According to last week’s glowing BCN report, “over 400” people were polled (401 actually). But no one asked how the 401 were selected; or where they lived in Brome Lake, or if they owned property. All of which must be considered before meaningful answers may be achieved. Why has no one ventured such a query?Should not those who reside on Lakeside Rd., Knowlton Rd., or any other numbered route in Brome Lake be excluded from commenting on town snow removal, because for them snow removal is a Quebec matter B: sending out a letter with our Febru- paid for by provincial taxes.Perhaps they were included to get another special answer. In either case the result is meaningless. We don’t need to spend money on a poll to discover that after urgent repairs to our sidewalk system, the most important project in town is restoring Mill Pond.Indeed this was confirmed by the mayor. It’s also clear that the least popular project is a new town swimming pool.So why is the report and the mayor focusing only on the pool? There is not a mention of support or involvement for the Mill Pond project, yet unanimous support for the pool, that includes hiring expert planners, fund raisers, consultants, and investigators, and a referendum! Mrs.Kerrigan's photo blended into the BCN’s coverage of the poll story raises even further questions.Focusing on developing a free natural asset like Mill Pond, can offer something to all families and businesses in Brome Lake.Shaping the pond, its village park into a year-round attraction for swimming or skating, bird sanctuary, or walking paths, boating, bicycling, picnicking, etc.etc.will make Brome Lake a better place to live and visit.BRIAN TIMMINS Knowlton Knowlton Academy Student Breakfast Program Brian Allen Brome Lake Lodge No.35, G.L.Q.No.35 recently presented the cre- Y ate a romantic decor. Here are a few tips that you may want to add to any decor along the romantic lines.1) Soft muted wall colours.Start with a comfortable pastel palette as a backdrop to your decor.Pale blues, dusty pinks and creamy whites are all great colors to use as a canvas for your creation. For a romantic decor, stay away from bright hues and stick to the soft muted tones to create decor for rest and relaxation.2) Soft supple fabrics.Fabrics are important in bringing the soft and comfortable aspect of this decor into focus.Silk should be on top of the list but be careful not to add too much but rather have an accent pillow made of silk.Faux fur or soft plush throws are a must for this type of decor. However, you must keep it light and airy for the window furnishings by using sheers or lace to add to the filtered light aspect, an essential part of the romantic décor 3) Feminine style furnishings.A great way to create a romantic decor is by adding refurbished vintage furniture.Choose pieces that have curvy lines and are not too bulky. Also, floral and muted patterns are a must for this type of decor, either in the window dressings or furniture fabrics.Go for pieces of furniture that have fine simple lines and can be vintage style.4) Sparkly accents. You need to add glamour to the romantic decor.Choose a presentation piece such as a shiny crystal chandelier, a gilded mirror or a silk-tufted headboard with jeweled buttons. These accents will add charm and refinement to the romantic decor, as well as create great conversation pieces especially if you go vintage for these accents. These accent pieces can also be as simple as a great fuzzy or shaggy pillow ‘on your sofa or bed.As long as the piece is visually appealing and pops, the accent will add to the charm of romantic décor 5) Soft classy lighting fixtures.Well-lit rooms are not the way to go for a romantic decor.Overhead lighting may be useful but is notoriously unflattering. It is better to use filtered lighting such as lamps with ivory shades.Floor lighting may also be used to create shadows and highlights.Nothing is more flattering than candlelight to create a sexy decor but this may not be practical.A simple trick to create this type of lighting is to replace your white bulb with soft pink-tinted bulbs.6) Tempting all the senses.Sight and touch are the senses that are the ones that decors will appeal to mostly in the first few minutes. But the other senses must not be overlooked.Appeal to the nose by adding scented candles or potpourri in odours of lavender, fresh linen or green apple.Your ears will thank you if you add a sound system that allows you to play relaxing music or at least a docking station for your iPod with your favorite music. As for the fifth sense: taste, you can check this one of by adding a bowl of mints or chocolates to your romantic decor for your guests to enjoy.Just don’t forget to keep them in stock! I'm great with dogs and kids and very affectionate. My family was great, but they didn’t realize how big I was going to get.too many kids, people and dog in one small house, they said. So, come and visit me — I'll try 7) Clean the clutter.Get rid of all the junk and clu ter in your romantic decor.Keeping everything simpl and clean will make your romantic decor shin: through.First, clean up everything off the floor.Clea: all the surfaces of clutter and leave only things tha are pretty or meaningful. You don’t want to have any thing reminding you of chores or work. You want te create an environment for relaxing.8) Banish the stuffed toys. You might be tempted t.add some cute stuffed animals to the decor but pleas resist.Unless the room that you are decorating is for : child, romantic themed rooms do not require stuffec bunnies, cats or elephants.I have seen a few time.when a romantic decor is shut down by the stuffer floppy eared bunny placed in the center of the bed.9) For men also.Although romantic decor incorpc rates mostly feminine items, this doesn’t mean tha men need to feel unwelcome. There can be a happy bal ance between the sexes if certain more masculine as pects are added to the room. For example, strippec fabrics, dark wood furniture and an overstuffed chais will bring masculine balance.Just remember to keer the colors soft and muted because if not, this roman tic decor may turn completely masculine and go all Old World style.10) Modern twist to romance. You can always add a romantic aspect to any modern or contemporary decor For example, in a bedroom that has a monochromatic white and black canvas, by adding silk bedding, a red accent pillow or a dramatic chandelier, you will create a more romantic theme to this modern decor. In most people’s minds, romantic decor may only be reserved for bedrooms but some or all of these as pects of a romantic decor featured above can be inte grated into any room of the house, from elegant dining rooms to romantic and relaxing bathrooms.Just a few thoughts when planning your next renovation project, romantic decor aims to add relaxation and comfort, which appeals to all.Write to me with your decorating questions and problems and I will be glad to answers these as best I can.Photos are always welcome; I cannot guarantee though that these will be published. Please send your questions and decorating problems to me at tayna@creationstayna.com, preferably before the end of each month. If I cannot include your decor questions in my column, I will be sure to answer your questions directly.- Tayna Bardati is an Interior Designer and Home Staging Expert in Bromont (www.creationstayna.com), follow her on Facebook @ Tayna Bardati Home Staging, or on twitter #deco21girl.to impress you so you’il take me home.Or I live at the SPCA Montérégie, æ 178, ch.du Vide, Ste-Angèlede- 2 Monnoir (exit 37 on autoroute < 10).Adoption hours are 2-4 p.m.+ on Thursdays and Saturdays.LA Closed Sundays.tu = 450-460-3075 © www.spcamonteregie.com = www.facebook.com/SPCA- Monteregie TAYNA BARDATI _450.775.5010 OÙ PAGE 6 TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 2015 Brome County NEWS Skiers race in Special Olympics provincial finals at Owl's Head By Ann Davidson ore than 55 skiers raced for medals in six divi- Me of the slalom and giant slalom categories in the Special Olympics Alpine event at Owl’s Head on Valentine’s Day to qualify for the next provincial finals in Quebec City this season and then for the Nationals next winter. The biting cold and grey skies were no competition with the smiles for the athletes. The organizer of the host club’s activities, Art Zent- ner, enthusiastically recounted the progress and successes of a couple of the club’s athletes. He reminded = #.* # employees of CBC’s French-language network are the same ones that he says are supported by a large number of Quebecers.Harper made the comments during a French-language interview with Quebec City radio station FM93, conducted last Friday and aired today. His remarks were described as “petty” by an NDP MP.Harper's comments about Radio-Canada came in response to a question about how he plans to convince Quebecers to vote for his party in the upcoming federal election. He says he doesn’t believe that voters in Quebec are predominantly left-leaning.Rather, he says, Quebecers approve of the measures taken by his government: lowering taxes, staying tough on crime and cracking down on the threat of terrorism.“I remain convinced that Quebecers are not leftists, con- building and maintaining good governance. As an engineer at Kyo/Tor- trary to the image conveyed by some media or the opposition parties,” Harper says in the interview.“I understand that there are many at Radio-Canada who hate these values, but I think that these values are the true values of a large percentage of Quebe- cers.” NDP labour critic Alexandre Boulerice said it’s clear Harper and his party dislike the public broadcaster.“I think Mr.Harper's comments are absolutely deplorable and shows the whole ideology of the Conservatives, who don’t like Radio-Canada,” Boulerice said in Ottawa.“I think Prime Minister Harper and the Conservatives have had a negative bias towards Radio-Canada and this for a long time.” The Conservatives hold just five seats in the province, compared to seven for the Liberals and 54 for the New Democrats. It wouldn’t be the first time the Conservatives have attacked Radio-Canada.In February 2011, Jason Ken- ney accused the broadcaster of “lying all the time” in response to a question from a journalist.More recently, Harper's spokesman Carl Vallee wrote that it was becoming “more and more difficult for (him) not to conclude that (his) worst suspicions about Radio-Canada held true.” Vallee was reacting to a documentary aired last year about the religious right in Canada which explored links between evangelical Christian groups and the Harper government.Radio-Canada ombudsman Pierre Tourangeau concluded in that case that standards governing the presentation of journal istic views were not properly applied.Administrators pressured CONT'D FROM PAGE 1 making available 1,200 beds for short-term care and rehabilitation.“By pooling the expertise of the network’s professionals and the knowledge of the needs of the population of our territory, the current managers are confident that care and services will be improved and adapted to the needs of the community,” Diane Gingras, the chairman of the board of directors of the CSSS-IUGS wrote in a communiqué issued last week. She says the amalgamation will maintain specialized services and be able to provide 100 per cent of care and services needed in a lifetime without patients ever having to be transferred to Montreal or Quebec City.Other administrators and directors believe that the Estrie agency is already ahead of the game in that, “joint action is one of the strengths of the region and already there are regional- ized large-scale projects with its partners.” Cutting is concerned that the rushed process of transition will be longer than anticipated and therefore more costly, saying that it could take between two to four years before the anticipated cost savings are reflected. He is worried that if that would be the case, the financial report card on this matter could look like the plan was a failure, hence, causing discouragement of volunteers, another exodus of the most mobile and qualified professionals, and voter dissatisfaction. Both Lafrance and Cutting admit that Bill 10 was not a welcome proposal but when suggestions were presented the government listened and responded.Cutting feels that since the government has compromised the English community in the Townships and that it has made a concession by removing CSSS La Pommeraie from the proposed Montérégie plan, it will say to the population that, “You asked, you got, now you make it work.” And, says Cutting, “We have to.The ball has been tossed back to us to make sure that this new system works. And we, the English community stand to lose a lot of credibility if it doesn’t.We didn’t get everything we asked for, but we did get something so we must see that it works so that everybody can benefit. The perspectives on this project oozes optimism,” says Cutting.“So I think we should support the optimism.” rington in Bedford, the 46-year old their status.” Though he admits that voters on Sunday may have been look ing for senior representation when the party is steered by a younger person, Paradis centred this first phase of the pre-elec- tion process on four issues that are close to the hearts of people living in a territory that boast several large lakes, including Lake Champlain, Lake Mem- phremagog and Brome Lake.1.Environment, specifically the protection of waterways 2.Development of tourist infrastructure that will support local economy 3.Job creation for youth in the region 4.Security for families and Seniors.“There are several issues that I am especially wanting to address; the first being environment.” He said that the area must protect its landscape that draws tourists to the area, mentioning that there are a lot of concerns regarding the health of the lakes in the riding. They are not necessarily the same, but sedimentation, for instance, is becoming a serious preoccupation for Lake Memphremagog and Brome Lake because of the development on the high lands within their watersheds.Lake Champlain has other issues that must be dealt with. The Brome-Missisquoi candidate is also entertaining the idea seniors over 65 years of age should be exempt of certain taxes. In parting he mentioned that he is available to speak to anyone on subjects that are of concern to the region.Reid and Couture assured their support for Paradis during the pre-election period and the years to follow.rare A me a tr rs +m - — + ae ecm.Brome County INEws TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 2015 PAGE 9 Ottawa spent $376K to repatriate Luka Magnotta By Andy Blatchford THE CANADIAN PRESS e big-ticket military mission to fetch fugitive Luka Rocco Magnotta from Germany in 2012 was ordered by a senior Conservative cabinet minister who considered it a matter of “national interest,” The Canadian Press has learned. In June 2012, the Air Force made a $376,128 decision to dispatch one of its largest aircraft to collect the accused killer in Berlin, where local police had collared him to end an intercontinental manhunt that made global headlines. The low-budget porn actor and stripper fled to Europe after the brutal Montreal killing and dismemberment of 33-year-old university student Jun Lin.Magnotta was given a life sentence in December after a jury found him guilty of first-degree murder, among other charges. The 32-year-old is appealing the verdict and wants a new trial. After Magnotta’s conviction, National Defence released more than 1,700 pages of emails documenting the cost of repatriation, the debate over options and the scramble to whisk him home after he agreed to extradition, lest he change his mind. The messages, obtained under the Access to Information Act, also offer a rare look behind the curtain at the government’s efforts to keep details of the “sensitive” mission out of the public spotlight. The decision to involve the Royal Canadian Air Force — and ultimately one of its CC-150 Polaris Airbus jets — was discussed at the upper levels of the country’s political and military ranks, the emails show.Peter MacKay, defence minister at the time, ordered then-general Walt Natynczyk to lend a hand “as soon as possible” after Montreal police asked for federal help.“We will support this request as an assistance to law enforcement,” MacKay wrote to Natynczyk on June 16, 2012, in Sold-out ‘play within the play’ CONT'D FROM PAGE 7 a partially redacted email.“I{am) satisfied that this support is in the national interest and that this matter cannot be dealt with effectively without the assistance of the Canadian Forces.” He cited a section of the National Defence Act, which allows the defence minister to call on the military to help police in certain situations.Natynczyk hit send on a reply to MacKay 21 minutes later.“Sir, understood,” Natynczyk wrote.“Your direction will be actioned.” After exploring their options, the military chose to bring Magnotta home on an Airbus, which can hold up to 194 people when configured for passengers. At the time, it cost an estimated $15,505 per hour to operate.Taxpayers paid $376,128 for the National Defence portion of the trip, and the department footed the entire bill, a spokeswoman said. The documents explain that prisoner transfers like Magnotta’s are usually made with a Royal Canadian Mounted Police aircraft, specialized air transport companies or commercial airlines. But the Mounties’ jet was unavailable due to “mechanical reasons,” the emails show.Commercial and charter options were deemed no-gos because some companies didn’t meet security requirements. And commercial airlines refused to transport the notorious accused killer.“How can we bring him back to Montreal on a commercial flight with other people sitting on board?” Montreal police Cmdr.Ian Lafreniere said the day Magnotta landed at Mirabel airport, north of Montreal.“For very extraordinary cases, we do have to take some extraordinary measures.” The Airbus was one of three options under consideration. The others were a nine-passenger, CC-144 Challenger executive jet and a massive CC-177 Globemas- ter III transport plane, used to haul helicopters, tanks and troops.Government estimates from 2012 have shown the Challenger cost between $5,400 and $13,700 per hour to operate, while the Globemaster carried a $23,279- per-hour price tag.Officials had reservations about the Challenger option because it would have had to refuel in Iceland along the way, potentially causing customs issues. They were also uneasy about the optics of Magnotta flying in the lap of luxury.“It will be billed as luxury jet travel for a murder (sic),” one email said.“So we may need to consider other options.” Officials felt crunched for time because Magnotta had declined to fight extradition, the emails show, so they chose the long-range Airbus — an option that avoided a pit stop between Berlin and Montreal.“It is not a life and limb thing but still a requirement to not delay more (than) necessary,” said one email.“That is one of the RCMP requirements.” The Airbus in question, which was equipped with mid-air refuelling capabilities, had to be pulled from an international live-fly exercise taking place in Cold Lake, Alta.Other CC-150s in the military's fleet have been configured to accommodate the prime minister, the Governor General and members of the Royal Family. The federal government also made ef forts to keep news outlets in the dark about the Magnotta mission for as long as possible, the emails reveal. One lieutenant-colonel’s message described it as a “sensitive op.” “There is a very high desire on the part of the agencies and partners involved to maintain confidentiality of this activity through a strict need to know approach,” read another. In one exchange, a defence official was praised by one of his superiors for staying on top of the public relations “firefight” by releasing only limited information to an inquiring journalist. The documents show the Privy Council Office, the bureaucratic wing of the Prime Minister's Office, had ordered National Defence to avoid speaking to the media about the mission and to refer all questions to the Justice Department.Magnotta was convicted in December 2014, when he was also found guilty of criminally harassing Prime Minister Stephen Harper and other members of Parliament.Crown to seek adult sentence for Quebec teen facing terrorism related charges The Canadian Press federal prosecutor said she’ll seek A= adult sentence for a Quebec een charged with attempting to leave Canada to commit acts of terrorism for the benefit of a terror group. The motion, introduced Monday, means the 15-year-old could face an adult sentence instead of the maximum three years if sentenced as a youth offender. The boy, whose name cannot be published because he is a minor, is accused of allegedly robbing a conve- nience store for the benefit of a terrorist organization, which is a charge that carries a sentence of life imprisonment. He is also charged with attempting to leave Canada in order to commit a terrorist act, which carries a maximum of ten years in prison. The 15-year-old’s lawyer appeared Monday in youth court for what was originally supposed be the scheduling of a trial date.Instead, the case was postponed until March 9 to allow the boy’s defence team to have a closer look at the Crown's evidence. The Crown has not specified what terrorist group the teen was alleged to have tried to help.many people know anything about the man’s life,” author Teasdale says.“I wanted to take that history down from the shelf and dust it off.Of course, to make comedy, you have to break a few eggs.It is a mixed metaphor, but you get the point.Everything in this play is 100 per cent true, except all the stuff I made up.” Using names and places that the local audience can identify makes it personal and somewhat intimate, which is why some who attended the dress rehearsal wondered if this brilliant production couldn’t be used as a template for other municipalities, specifically in the Eastern Townships.Author Louise Abbott thought it might work well, for instance, in Georgeville, a village steeped with history and tales of the characters who built the community. The details of the town could be tailored to fit the bones of the play.Georgeville is a municipality where performing arts is typically well received.Teasdale wants people to get involved with The Knowlton Players. She originally planned for a certain number of actors, but when approached by neophytes who wanted to get involved, she created roles and script to include them so that they could have a taste of acting. And she is proud of the results, expounding how well they had performed given this being a first-time ef fort.Regardless, the dinner theatre, where actors actually served up the meal during breaks, brought relentless gales of laughter to everyone at a point in the winter when all needed the levity.Worth noting is that tips to the actors for serving meals are donated to charity.BROME-MISSISQUOI Funeral Complex ~— SINCE 1927 — To reunile, To recomnneels Cowansville 450 266.6061 Lac-Brome 450 243.1616 .Bedford 450 248.2911 ¥ = Ÿ page 10
