the amount of all the tickets shall remain deposited in the Banks where it had originally been placed, in order to he repaid to those who have mortgages on these properties, nr deposited in court should the parlies wish to obtain a confirmation of title, ami in this case the purchasers sball be obliged to procure tbe said confirmation without delay.The proprietor obliges himself to sign a deed of sale in favor of those to whom the prizes shall fall.DESCRIPTION OP THE LOTS: FIRST I.OT.-A whaif situated in the Lower Town of Quebec, on the north side of St.Paul Street, in the river St.Charles ; containing 44 feet and 4 i inches in widtl by 379 f-et 5 inches in depth English meanire, from which there shill be taken and reserved the v Jth of three streets\u2014Si.Andrew, St.Antoine end St.Jôiôme «tree's, each thirty feet wide French measure, which nevertheless the proprietor will have the right of using until they are opened.This lot is hounded in front towards the south by St.Andrew street, and in rear towards the north by the channel of the river St.Charles, joining on the east to François Joseph Parent and on the west to James Gihb.Un this lot is built a wharf the whole length of the lot and 25 feet wide.Until St.Andrew street sli*ll he opened to St, Thomas street, or to Si.Peter street, this lot shall have the right of using the passage wiiich now exists to the ea*t of lot number two, of nine feel wide, and communicating with St.Andrew and St.Paul streets.The proprietor reserves to himself up to the 10.h December next, all the profit* arising from the sleepeis which now are on the wharf.SECOND LOT.\u2014Being a lot of ground situated in the Lower Town of (Quebec, in St.Peter\u2019s ward, on the north side of St.Paul street, of 41 feet 2 inches wide on St.Paul street, and 43 feet 10 inches i wide along the south alignment of St.Andre w street, by 127 feet in depth, the whole Engli'h measure ; : hounded in front by S'.Paul street, and in rear by the south alignment of St.Andrew street, joining on 1 the east to François Joseph Parent and on the west to James Gibb.With a three story stone House upon the whole front of the said ground, and an office and hangard in ; the rear, the west gable end of the said Inuse is mitoyen with James Gibb, an J the east gable end shall be mitoyen with the said François Joseph Parent.This lot is subject in favor of the proprietor of the first lot of the right at all time* of using the passage which now exists either for carriages or otherwise of nine feet wide on the easterly side of this Ust lot, communicating with St.Andrew and St.Paul s'reets, until the said St.Andrew street, shall be opened \u2022ml filled up, *o as to form a free and easy communication cither for carriages or otherwise, from sard lot No.1, either with St.Thomas, or St.Peter street ; the tenants of this lot to have the right of remaining in their occupation of the same to the end of the present year.THIRD LOT.\u2014A tract of land situated in the Parish of Charlesbotirg, Seigniory of Notre-Dame des Anges, in the county of Quebec, at a place called Village St.Pierre, at about six miles from Quebec, of one arpent and a half In fiont by three arpent* and four perches in depth : with a piece of ground adjoining on the north side of six perches in width by one arpent and four perches in dep'h, to be taken from the Uni) of Alexis Bedard, these two lots contiguous and bounded in front towards the east by the King\u2019s Highway called chemin St.Pierre, in depth toward* the west by the lot No.5, and by Alexis Bedard, on the north also by the said Alexis Bedard, and on the south by Loui« Bedard, with a new house of 66 feet long, well finished in modern style, a good barn and stable, well and pump.Fiom this lot is to be taken the lot No.4 as hereinafter designated.The said lot number three shall also comprise a piece of land of one arpent and a half in width by tfifteen arpeiitsin depth, taking its front, at the depth of lot No.5, and running in depth towards the west I the property of E'ienne Bedard, joining on the north to Alexi* Bedard and J»*an Pepin, and to the south so Louis Bedard, with the right of passing at all times with vehicle or otherwise across lot No.5, by the nad laid down on the plan, to communicate between the two paits of said lot No.3, which is divided by >ot No.5.FOURTH LOT.\u2014A lot of grouni taken from the lot hereinabove described on the south-west corner thereof, containing five perches in front on the road, and six perche* in width at its depili, by one arpent nml one perch in depth, bounded in front towards the east by the King\u2019s Highway, at the end of its dept h and on the north by lot No.3, above described, and on the south by Louis Bedard.Together with a house and bakery, in good order, thereon erected.FIFTH LOT.\u2014Is composed of a lot of ground situated at the same place of one arpent and a half in Width by one arpent and five perches in depth, in the centre of lot No.3.Upon which is a saw-mill, of GO feet long, with 11 saws in the best possible working order, and well \u2022upplied of water at all seasons.The road which crosses this lot from east to west shall be common between the proprietor of this lot am! the proprietor of lot No.3.The proprietor of this lot shall also hare the right to the piivate mad leading across the land of Alexis Bedard, and lot No.6, to meet the road to Stonelum.SIXTH LOT.\u2014A lot of ground situated at the said Village St.Pierre, in the said Parish of Charleg-bourg, of one arpent and a half in superficies, to be taken from the land of Alexis Bedard, and bv him bounded on all sides, with a right of passage through the land of the said Alexis Bedard, to communicate towards the east with the King\u2019s Highway, and another passage to communicate towards the north with the road to Stoneham, the latter road to be used also by the proprietor of lot No.5, a stream runs through thia lot, and there is an excellent mill-site.SEVENTH LOT.\u2014A land situate at côte St.Pierre, in the said Parish of Charlfsbourg and Seigniory of Notre Dame de» Anges, of one-ha If arpent in width by twenty arpents in depth, bounded in front towards the aoulh-weat by the King\u2019s Highway, and in rear towards the north-easi by the property of the Gentlemen of the Seminary of Quebec, bounded on one side towards the north by François Pepin, and on the other side towards the south by Widow Jean Baptiste Bedard, with an excellent mill-site on the river.EIGHTH LOT.\u2014A land situated in the Parish of St.Dunstan, at the place Called Waterloo Settlement, in the Parish of Beaupott, in the county of Quebec, being lot No.16 of the fourth range, ci niaining three arpents in front by twenty arpents in depth, more or less ; bounded in front by the lands of the third range, on one side by Thomas Rickin*, and on the other side by William Hamiltoi, with a mill-site on the rieer.The dam being completed and in good order.^ NINTH LOT.\u2014An emplacement situated in the Suburb of St-.John, of thii city, on 'he south side of St.John street, of 49 feet 10 inches in front, on the said street, and 42 feet 6 inches in width at its depth, by 130 feet 6 inches in depth, bounded in front toward* the north by said St.John street, and in rear towards the south by the property of the Ordnance, bounded on the south-west to the Widow Miller, and on the north-east partly by Daniel Hodge and partly by F.J.Parent ; the south-west gable end of the house of the laid Daniel Hodge being mitoyen with the said lot No.9, TENTH LOT.\u2014An emplacement situated in the said Suburb of St.John, in rear of the emplacement of the said Daniel H ulge, on the north aide of said St.John rtreet, contai'ling 42 feet 7 inches in width by 63 feet in depth, bounded in front towards the noith by the said Daniel Hodge, and in rear towards! the south by the property of the Ordnance, joining on the south-we>t lot No.9 above described, and on the east to the eleventh lot hereinafter described ; with a right of passage for carriages or otherwise acroai the emplacement of Daniel Hodge, to communicate from the said lot to St.John street : together with a small wooden house thereon erected.ELEVENTH LOT.\u2014An emplacement adjoining to the one lastly above de*eribed, of 43 feet 7 inches ih front by 63 feet 11 inches in depth, bounded on the north by the representative* Craw, and in depth towards the south by property of the Ordnance ;
