Tkc Sisters of Charity of Quebec, The Good Shepherd's Asylum of Quebec, The Jeffery Hale Hospital of the City of Quebec, The Society of St.BrULict's Asylum of Quebec, The Ladies' Protestant Home of Quebec, petition or are granted a supply of water from the said water-works with measurement by hydrometer, the rate for water shall be fifteen cents for each thousand gallons.4.\tAll Institutions or Communities other than those mentioned in the preceding section shall pay each the sum of forty cents for each thousand gallons of the said water thus supplied and measured.5.\tIn the first fifteen days of the months of May and November of each year, every Institution or Community supplied with water from tho said water-works, measured as above stated, shall |>ay to the City Treasurer the sum due for the quantity of water taken during tho six preceding months ;
