of time and one half.* V.Vacation with pay: a) Any employee who has been continuously employed by the same employer for one year or more prior to the first day of May in each, year will be entitled, each year, to one week of vacation at his basic hourly rate.6) Every employee who has been continuously employed by the same employer for five years or more prior to the first day of May in each year is entitled, each year, to two weeks of with pay at bis basic hourly rate.c) Any employee with more than three months continuous service with the same employer prior to the first day of May will be entitled to with pay equivalent to one twelfth (1/12) of the hours of the normal work week for each month worked, at his basic hourly rate.d) To qualify for the above schedule of holiday pay allowances, an employee's attendance at work must have been satisfactory.Satisfactory attendance means that an employee has not been absent without permission for more than one day of the calendar months used to determine the holidays allowance, unless his absence has been due to one of the following causes: 1.Personal illness; 2.Death in the immediate family of the employee; 3.Compulsory Court attendance for jury duty or as a witness, but not if required on a criminal charge; 4.Absence pursuant to leave granted in writing by the employer to enable the employee to attend to personal or business matters, provided such leave does not exceed 10 days at anyone time.VI.Holidays: a) The following days are to be considered as holidays: New Year's Day, Good Friday, June 24th, July 1st, Labour Day, Immaculate Conception Day and Christmas Day.b) At least six (6) of the above mentioned holidays shall be paid in addition to being observed, provided they fall or are observed on a regular surnames, christian names and residence of each employee in his employ, the competency of each employee, the regular and extra hours of daily labour, and its nature, as well as the wages paid for such labour, with mention of the method and time of payment.Said monthly payroll reports are to be signed by the employer or a duly authorized agent, the original of which, containing the payroll report,
