particulier, d'une corporation ou d'individus, ou pour amender ou ét< ndre des actes antérieurs, de manière à conférer des pouvoirs additionnels, ne doivent pas retomber sur le public ; conséquemment les parties qui désirent obtenir ces bills sont obligées de payer au bureau des bills priver la somme de deux cents piastres, immédiatement après leur première lecture.Tous ces bills doivent être rédigés dans les langues anglaise et française, par ceux qui les demandent, et imprimés par l'entrepreneur de l'impression des bills de la chambre, et 250 exemplaires en français, et 100 en anglais de ces bills doivent être déposés au bureau des bills privés, et s'il y a des amendements, lors de la s îconde lecture, qui nécessitent une réimpression du bill, ceux qui en demandent h passation devront déposer au bureau des bills privés 250 exemplaires en français, et 100 en anglais, du bill tel qu'amendé ; et de plus, aucun de ces bills ne doit être soumis au comité des Bills Privés avant la
