soit pour la concession d'un droit do passage d'une rive a l'autre, soit pour l'incorporation d'une compagnie à fonds social d'un commerce ou d'un métier particulier, soit pour l'incorporation d'une cité, ville, village, ou autre municipalité, soit pour le prélèvement d'une cotisation locale, soit pour la division d'une municipalité ou d'un comté, pour des fins autres que celle de la représentation dans la Législature, soit pour le changement de chef-lieu, ou le déplacement des bureaux publics d'un comté, soit pour le réarpentagu d'un canton, ou d'une délimitation ou concession de canton, soit pour concéder à un ou plusieurs individus des droits ou privilèges exclusifs ou particuliers, pour les autoriser à faire quoi que ce soit pouvant affecter les droits ou la propriété d'autres personnes, ou pouvant concerner une niasse particulière de la société, ou pour faire un amendement de môme nature à une loi déjà en viguour, doit être précédée d'un avis établissant clairement et distinctement la nature et l'objet de la demande.Cet avis doit, sauf dans le cas de corporation existantes, être signé de la part de ceux qui font la demande et doit être publié dans la Gazette Officielle de Québec, en franc us et en anglais, ainsi que dans un journal français et dans un journal anglais du district que le bill concerne ; et s'il n'y a ni journal français ni journal anglais dans ce district, alors l'avis doit être publié daiiB un journal français ou dans un journal anglais d'un district voisin.3.Dans chacun de ces cas, cet avis doit être republié sans interruption;
