vers l'est et le sud-est partie par la rivière Jeannotte et partie par le Lac Edouard, au nord-est par les terres vacantes de la Couronne, et au sud-ouest par la ligne separative des comtés de Québec et de Champlain.Les limites du dit territoire sont comme suit, savoir : 1° La ligne separative des comtés susdits, dont la direction est nord quarante-cinq degrés (46°) ouest astronomique, depuis l'endroit où cette ligne rencontre la rive gauche de la dite rivière Jeannotte, \u2014vis-à-vis l'angle ouest du canton Trudel, situé sur la rive opposée\u2014, jusqu'à la rive sud-est de la rivière Bastonnais, distance d'environ mil aeux cent vingt-six chaînes (1226).2° La rive sud-est de la rivière Batiscan, depuis la dite ligne separative des \"omtés de Québec et de Champlain, en allant vers le nord-est, jusqu'à un f)oint situé à sept cent quinze (715) chaînes de cette igne separative (distance perpendiculaire à celle-ci).3° Une ligne droite menée, de cedernier point, suivant la direction sud quarante-cinq degrés (45°) est astronomique, jusqu'à la rive nord-ouest du Lac Edouard, distance d'environ huit cent trente-deux chaînes.Lac 4° Enfin, depuis là, la dite rive nord-ouest du ic Edouard jusqu'à l'embouchure de ladite rivière Canada, \\ Province of | L.A.JETTE.Quebec.J (L.S.)
