church of Saint-Emilie-des-Monts, to the Lac des Pins, a distance of about thirty-seven miles.That along this track there is room for only a few establishments, not sufficient for the maintenance of the said road ; That it would be of great benefit to all having occasion to pass over this road, to provide for keeping it in repair by leving tolls thereon.The Honorable Commissioner, pursuant to the provisions of the 32nd Vict., ch.15, sect.149, such as amended by sect.13, ch.7, of the 33rd Vict., recommends that one or more toll gates be established on the said Brassard road, and that the
