la valeur imposable de la propriété dans' ahaque municipalité telle que démontrée par le dernier rôle d'évaluation et celte cédule pourra contenir dans un état séparé une semblable information sur les districts voisins qui devront retirer un avantage des travaux projetés.Cédule B.\u2014Une description générale de la nature, de l'étendue et du genre des travaux projetés, et un estimé du coût probable d'iceux, en distinguant les items généraux concernant la construction, de frais oTiceux respectivement, aussi bien que la nature, l'étendue et le coût probable du matériel roulant ou autre matériel nécessaire à l'usage et à la mise en opération de l'entreprise projetée.Cette cédule devra être signée par l'ingénieur ou autre personne qui l'aura prépare».the Act of British North America, 1867, whether for the construction of a Bridge, a Railway, a Turnpike road or Telegraph line, Canal, Lock, Dam or Slide, or other like works; the granting of a right of ferry ; the construction of works for supplying gas or water ; the corporation of any particular profession or trade, or of any Joint Stock Company ; the incorporation of a city, town, village or other municipality ; the levying of any local assessment ; the division of any County for purposes other than that of representation in Parliament, or of any township ; the removal of the site of any County, town or of any local Offices ; the regulation of any Common ; the survey of any township, line or concession, or otherwise for granting to any individual or individuals, any exclusive or peculiar rights or privileges whatever, or for doing any matter or thing which in its operation would affect the rights or property of other parties, or relate to any particular class of the community ; or for making any amendment of a like nature to any former Act,\u2014shall require a notice clearly and distincly specifying the nature and object of the application, to be published as follows, viz : A notice inserted in the Official Gazelle in the English and French languages, and in one newspaper in the English, and one in the French language, in the district affected, or in both languages, if there be but one paper;
